About the role:
We're looking for an Senior Account Manager to join a dynamic global team. In this role, you will own the stakeholder engagement strategy for a global pharma client’s congress program. You will be the primary point of contact for all levels of stakeholders for all process questions, and you will proactively engage with stakeholders to maximize program usage. If you love to teach people new things, this is the perfect role for you.
As an Senior Account Manager you will:
- Partner with the client program owner to serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-wide global congress program users on questions related to the congress process.
- Own stakeholder mapping for the global congress program.
- Develop and implement annual engagement plan to proactively communicate key messages to various levels of stakeholders.
- Create written content to share data, trends, or other key messages.
- Develop and coordinate regular presentations for key stakeholder groups.

- Building strong and trustworthy relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Creating effective communications in multiple formats.
- Public speaking in a global business environment.
- Finding the stories in data.
- Managing complex projects and timelines.
- Understanding the pharmaceutical business sector.
You might also have:
- A desire to work in a global team.
- Regional and global account management within the Meetings & Events Industry.
You should know:
- This role is virtual and operates in the Eastern or Central time zone.
- You will need to travel to our client’s office and onsite to medical congresses, therefore COVID vaccination is needed for this role.
- Our standard working hours are 8:30 AM -5:30 PM with an hour break.

The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Senior Account Manager is between $85,000 and $95,000 The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location and project budget.
