Description of responsibilities:
Release print jobs, stuff envelopes, scan documents, stamp mail, and perform data entry and or other general clerical tasks as needed.
Maintain and organize physical documents.
Greet and assist the vendors (FedEx, UPS, USPS or deliveries) that come in. We do not assist clients at the office.
Required experience:
Have a minimum of two years experience as an Office Assistant or Secretary.
Prior experience answering and transferring telephone calls.
Required skills:
High school diploma or G.E.D.
Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM (must pass a typing test)
Must have attention to detail
Demonstrate a desire to help people
Must have solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
Must be able to sit for a long periods of time
Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds
Must be proficient in the use of today's technology including Microsoft Office Suite
Have an interest in long-term employment
