JOB ROLE:
The Accounting Specialist (AS) is responsible for accounting and administrative functions. This position must be able to work independently and with various internal departments. The AS will help support the operations of the organization, including accounting department support, scheduling, and assisting with various organizational functions.

2W Technologies has been providing IT support and security services, ERP consulting services, and cloud solutions for over 30 years. Our goal is to provide clients with no-noise technology where their IT systems just work.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accounts payable support. Specifically, obtain approvals, code, and key accounts payable invoices. Ensure that all relevant information is included on invoices to prevent delays in payments. Resolve vendor disputes when necessary.
- Accounts receivable and collections support
- Client Billing support as needed
- Journal Entries and Account Reconciliations as assigned
- Ability to research, provide information, and following up as needed
- Manage logistics for client and prospect visits
- Administrative support including correspondence, maintaining records, preparing reports, making travel arrangements, and coordinating travel schedules
- Human resources, recruiting and employee onboarding support
- Scheduling meetings and interviews
- Answer company phone numbers and provide support to the service desk by assigning client tickets to internal resources
- Other duties as assigned or as necessity dictate

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
- Higher education degree desired, but a minimum of high school diploma is required
- Three years of accounting support or other relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools
- Experience with accounting/ERP software, specifically QuickBooks
