Contractor’s Role:
As a contractor on this team, you will primarily be responsible for administering the content management approval workflow for files submitted by Content Owners on the Wealth Management Internet site. You will also manage support submitted via our dedicated Microsoft Team and Group Mailbox. Other responsibilities include providing guidance to our "tech champions" via MS Teams leveraging enterprise product support material and sharing/posting IT Communications via MS Viva Engage (Yammer).

Qualifications:
Must have content management experience with updating websites and be familiar with SharePoint 2019 or SharePoint Online.
Contractor will assist with typical intranet content management responsibilities with existing site, including reviewing Content Owner file submissions to ensure appropriate metadata/tags have been applied and approving content as part of content submission workflow.
Attend Content Administrator / Owner Training to learn how to use intranet platform.
Assist with creating training material to support our WM Intranet Content Owners with new intranet platform/process.
Create new intranet content using Akumina platform widgets/templates and SharePoint Online.
Assist with pulling intranet site metrics (depends on candidate and skillset – not required).
Work with broader team to complete other intranet-related or workplace technology-related tasks in support of projects and initiatives.
Share enterprise communications via MS Viva Engage (Yammer)
Perform document library analysis using MS Excel or Power BI
Administer Content Owner onboarding tasks
Nice to Haves:
• Experiencing working with Microsoft 365 Product Suite, including Teams and Viva Engage (Yammer)
Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Google Analytics is a plus
Proficient in Excel
