PRE-SERVICE SCHEDULER - REMOTEFull-time includes benefitsMonday-Friday 10:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. Every 5th Saturday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.Position Requirements: High School Graduate.Typically requires 1 year of experience in health care insurance industry call center or customer service setting.Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required: Ability to problem solve in a high profile and high stress area working independently to set and meet deadlines and prioritize work.Ability to identify and understand issues and problems.
Examines data and draws logical conclusions based on information available.General computer knowledge.Must be able to comply with remote work standards.Must be able to sit the majority of the workday.May include intermittent light travel.Operates all equipment necessary to perform the job.This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
