Major Responsibilities:
- RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL FUNCTIONS AT INFORMATION DESK ON SHIFT WORKED
- OVERSEES VOLUNTEERS ON WORKED SHIFT
Education/Experience Required:
- • High School Graduate or equivalent
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
- • Typing, computer skills • Good communication skills • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment • Ability to be customer focused • Ability to demonstrate decision making requirements

Physicial Requirements and Working Conditions:
- • Must be able to work weekends, holidays, (day & evening hours) • Ability to relate with adult volunteer and volunteers • Ability to assist patients in wheelchairs (push wheelchairs to nursing floors, etc.) • Ability to work with many interruptions maintaining professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds without assistance. For patient lifts of over 35 pounds, or when patient is unable to assist with the lift, patient handling equipment is expected to be used, with at least one other associate, when available. Unique patient lifting/movement situations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
