Two 12 hour night shifts as charge nurse
16 hours of non-clinical/office hours

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
To assist the Clinical Manager in providing administrative and clinical leadership. To serve as both a staff nurse and a unit leader. To help plan, coordinate, and manage personnel and resources to provide the highest quality patient care with trained, professional, and competent staff in the most cost-effective manner. To provide for the ongoing educational and professional development of staff. In conjunction with the manager, will collaborate with physicians and other health care disciplines to assure optimal patient care.
Accountabilities:
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
Certification/License:
· Nurse, Registered (RN)
Experience:
· 3-4 years' clinical experience; OR RN plus five years’ clinical experience and enrolled in a bachelor’s in Nursing program within six months of appointment (completion of program within five years of appointment). Experience as a charge nurse (1 year).
