Description

• Experience with estimating software preferred
• Five years of civil site excavation experience.
• Assemble accurate and well–organized estimates for design-build projects.
• Analyze drawings and specifications for the project.
• Ability to estimate industrial- commercial- residential- farm projects.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure site operators have clear, precise expectations of the project's progress.
• Prepare work to be estimated by gathering blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Ensure billing is performed as projects are completed.
• Ability to cost code projects.
• Identify labor, materials, and timelines.

Working Conditions

• Mostly outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
• Able to work 8 to 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required, and night shifts.
