AE Works is seeking a Plumbing / Fire Protection Designer to join our team. As a Plumbing / Fire Protection Engineer at AE Works you will be responsible for work with our multi-discipline design teams on designing plumbing and fire protection systems for building projects.

Roles and Responsibilities for Positions:
- Perform design and construction administration of plumbing and fire protection systems for building projects, both new construction and renovation, within various market segments
- Coordinate drawing sets with the project team, including in-house architects, engineers, and interior designers as well as subconsultants
- Compile drawings and specifications at each project submission
- Participate in meetings, internally and externally, to collaborate with other team members and Clients
- Travel with team members for onsite collaboration and investigations
Technical Job Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5 years of industry experience
- Experience with Revit
- Relevant design experience in the building industry
- Skilled with using cloud based and mobile technology for collaboration
- Certified Plumbing Designer (CPD) credential preferred
- Project experience in healthcare, laboratories, government facilities preferred
