The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with experience in developing and implementing strategies to optimize supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize operations and reduce costs
  • Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
  • Oversee inventory management, including forecasting demand, monitoring inventory levels, and managing stock levels
  • Manage logistics and distribution activities, including transportation, warehousing, and order fulfillment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across the supply chain
  • Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with supply chain management software and systems
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
