Job Description
AECOM will soon be seeking an On-site Senior Scheduler for our future project to oversee the scheduling efforts for over 23 vertical construction projects. This role will start around the summer of 2024.
The selectee will be responsible for but not limited t the following:
Performing as-built schedule analysis for contractor requests for equitable adjustment and claims to determine impact on construction schedule

Job Description
AECOM will soon be seeking an On-site Senior Scheduler for our future project to oversee the scheduling efforts for over 23 vertical construction projects. This role will start around the summer of 2024.
The selectee will be responsible for but not limited t the following:
- Utilize RMS (Resident Management System) and P6 (Primavera 6) filtering, sorting, and analyzing contractor schedules for delays, inefficiencies providing dispositions due to site conditions, inefficiencies, and delays.
- Generate P6 schedules to review claims and determine if contractor's schedule contains logical planning and activity sequence, predicting milestones and completion dates.
- Establish the program Cost Breakdown Structure and Control standards
- Provide recommendations for process improvement and/or streamline
- Coordinate integration between project management and controls systems.
- Ensure that all project and program processes are in accordance with set Project Procedures and Job Instructions. Includes configuration of, P6 schedules, cost reports, cash flow and variance analysis.
- Review and provide feedback on miscellaneous project reports.
- Provide design and construction teams with forward-looking mitigation plans and data.
- Verify integrity of Earned Value Management System.
- Attend team meetings to assist in resolving issues, review progress reports and ensure assignment of new tasks.
- Create and distribute meeting minutes, status reports, and required documentation
- Performe weekly project site meetings at construction site with contractors and USACE to conduct walk through analysis of the schedule for duration and as-built review of schedule progress.
- Assists in analyzing and using financial data to identify key project issues.
- Develops knowledge of accounting principles.
- Assists in assembling data for trending and forecasting.
- Prepares analysis of progress trends and cost impact. May participate in reviewing and approving contractor invoices.
- Collects and analyzes data on manpower, labor hour, and labor cost requirements versus budget limitations.
- Collects and analyzes data for tracking actual cost to funding limitations.
- Assists in tracking purchase orders and subcontract commitments and expenditures.
- Assists with the creation of baseline budgets.
- Supports the project reporting process as required.
- Participates in project cost review meetings.
- Gathers data for procedure development.

- Ensuring contractor's schedules logically plan the work, clearly identify activity sequence and contract milestones, predict completion dates, and provide an accurate as-built record of the project's progress from NTP to final acceptance
- Assessing the reasonableness of the proposed schedule durations, cost loading, activity coding and work breakdown structure
- Participating in all monthly schedule review meetings with the ACO and contractor to review and analyze progress
- Providing scheduling filtering, sorting, producing and analyzing project schedule reports utilizing the latest version of Primavera
- Performing schedule impact analysis for modifications; producing schedule impact analysis for modifications; producing schedule fragnets for inclusion in change order documentation
- Performing analysis on current and future workload in the latest version of Primavera P6
- Providing manpower resourcing reports
- Performing claims analysis for any and all types of items that may be brought forth during construction
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS in Business Administration 10 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, including 2 years of leadership
- Due to the nature of the work U.S. Citizenship is required

- USACE strongly preferred
- Experence RMS system
- Knowledge using RMS for reviewing control documents for time impact analysis as well as proficiency in Primavera P6
