The successful individual who occupies this role will be responsible for the organization and direction of construction and related activities within the assigned area of responsibility, which may be a single-area, multi-area or multi-discipline construction project.
We are looking to add a member to the Field Management team. You would be the primary client contact for all jobsite day-to-day activities or may coordinate with the client’s resident representatives on jobsite activities within assigned areas of operations.
The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide overall on-site administrative and technical management for a wide range of construction projects.
- Responsibilities are to ensure assigned job site operations are in compliance with design/specifications, completed on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Interfaces with all other administrative field staff, field management staff, and particularly the Project Manager in a coordinated effort.
- Manage field crews and craft labor between 5 to 30 person.
- Manage workflows and data.
- Prepare technical plans and deliverables for projects.
- Project roles will vary including technical support and leading tasks.
- Comfortable working with a team toward a common goal, while working independently on individual tasks.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS 6 years of related experience and or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or/education.
- Valid Drivers License with good driving record.
- Travel up to 100% to and from work sites required.
Salary:
- Offered rate of compensation in Washington, California, Colorado, and NYC will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
- The salary range for this position is $81,000 - $90,000.00. Straight-time overtime is available.
