Job Description
The Transportation Business Line of AECOM is actively seeking a Senior Level Construction- Oriented Change Order / Constructability Reviewer (TE III or higher) for immediate employment.
Duties would include, but not be limited to :
- Processing Change Orders
- Preparing independent cost estimates for Change Orders
- Reviewing Change Order Documentation
- Conducting Constructability Reviews of Roadway Projects
- Performing field visits as part of Constructability Reviews
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements :
Highschool Diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience & / or education
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience as a Contractor & / or Superintendent for Roadway / Highway Projects is highly desirable
Seven (7) years of similar experience in a roadway / highway construction environment is highly preferred
Ability to communicate effectively and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other employees and the general public
Must have good communication skills; oral and written.
Excellent time management skills; self-motivator, team oriented

Non-Exempt Position : Offered rate of compensation (Delaware locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location.
The hourly range for this position is $35.00 - $43.00 / hour.
