Job Description

AECOM is seeking a Senior Program Manager to be based in NJ to work on our Transportation Tranit Projects. Some of the responsibilities of this position include:

• Serves as expert in their domain, recognized as the 'go-to' expert internally and externally.

• Provides guiding direction and ultimate oversight on engagements.

• Provides advanced job knowledge and is fully competent in all aspects of the job.

• Performs the most complex assignments requiring independent decisions.

• Resolves the most complex problems using sophisticated techniques and an exceptional degree of ingenuity.

• Works on preparations and delivering the projects related to bus modernization and Bus Electrifications.

• Provides the organization with technical leadership and strategic direction for program delivery globally.

• Champion for ethical and safe working practices.

• Drives innovation in program management approaches and methodology to achieve marketplace differentiation.

• Works with Global Business Lines, Regional leadership, and Market Sector Leaders to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions to address them.

• Assess long-term and disruptive trends in their area of expertise. Proposes

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements

BA/BS 12 years of related Transit Experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education

NY Metro Agency and Client Experience

Experience in Creating Bus Facility Groups

Preferred Qualifications

20 Years Related Experience

NY NJ Metro Agency Experience

Additional Information

• Offered rate of compensation (NY locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $290,000.
