Business Operations Manager III (Top Secret/ SCI)

Aegis Aerospace is currently seeking a full-time  Business Operations Manager III Top Secret to join our Cyber/Crypto team team at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX. Applicants not holding an active Top Secret clearance will not be considered.

Responsibilities

Eligible applicants shall have the knowledge, expertise, and capability to carry out the responsibilities which include but are not limited to the following:

• Assimilate information quickly, communicate effectively, and remain organized in order to monitor progress toward the accomplishment of various taskings and initiatives.
• Use knowledge and understanding of principles, policies and practices of systems acquisition and program management, as defined in DoDI 5000.2, as well as knowledge of roles and relationships within the DoD and the Air Force to provide strategic and tactical program planning (short-term, mid-term, and long-term plans).
• Carry out program integration tasks such as developing, tracking, and updating integrated roadmaps and schedules for a large, multi-program portfolio
• Work proactively, with minimal supervision, and effectively communicate orally and in writing, providing quality acquisition and program documentation (briefings, documents, plans, etc.).
• Use business management experience to track and inform portfolio expenditures, spend plan development, and build documentation to support financial requirements documents and processes.
• Use process improvement expertise to inform business operations, human relations, manpower, and internal resource utilization.
• Draft documents for the approval and signature of leadership.
• Coordinate, document, monitors, and supports a variety of meetings and conferences.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen
• Active Top Secret clearance
• 10 years of experience as a Program Manager with at least 3-5 years in a DoD environment
• BA/BS Degree preferred/ PMP Certificate preferred
