Position Overview: Join this rapidly growing and leading global manufacturer who is seeking a Regional EHS Manager for their Eagan, MN location. This position will be expected to travel 40% of the time to the two other plants in Owatonna, MN and Tullahoma, TN. Responsibilities
- 40% travel to two other plants
- Influence & promote EHS within the company culture
- Creating, updating and implementing safety policies / procedures
- Interact with internal employees of all levels (plant leadership down to hourly folks)
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (strongly preferred!)
- 6 years of experience in EHS within manufacturing environment
- Auditing experience
- A leader with the ability to build relationships and be a role model
