Responsibilities:
Execute manufacturing test of all Aehr products.
Startup Semiconductors Capital Test Equipment, including setup, test, acquire and analyze test data, resolve system issues in a timely manner.
Test and qualify sub electrical modules.
Functional test of electrical blades, acquire and analyze test data.
Perform data analysis and understand SPC process for all process steps.
Use auto and manual wafer aligners to mount and dismount wafers from Aehr WaferPak products. Perform In House Acceptance Test (IHAT) on Aehr WaferPak and Test System products to verify performance prior to delivery.
Prepare IHAT reports to share with customers to verify all performance criteria have been met
Read and follow special instructions, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, mechanical assembly drawings, and engineering instructions for complex electro-mechanical equipment.
Apply knowledge of electronic theory and components to resolve test failures.
Support new products introductions.
Conduct failure analysis and provide defect root cause analysis to multi disciplinaries engineering team.
Review and report defect, poor qualities and out of spec components to multi disciplinaries engineering team.
Document testing programs, problems, and solutions; track and report failed quantities.
Qualifications:
Ability to interpret electrical schematic, components, and its functionalities.
Ability to understand and troubleshoot electrode mechanical components and sub mechanical assembly.
Knowledge of TCP/IP and Modbus TCP (RS485) communications protocols.
Computer skills in Linux and Unix commands, Excel and Words.
Experience in Semiconductor Capital Equipment troubleshooting, and maintenance are a plus.
Experience in troubleshooting electrical boards down to components are helpful, but not require.
Demonstrated record of success working in a high pressure, tight deadline situation.
Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Team works are highly valuable and abilities to work with muti disciplinaries team.
Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles a plus.
Experience working in an ISO compliant company.
Required Education and Experience:
Minimum AS, AAS, associate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or equivalent education.
0-3 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment manufacturing related field or Semiconductor Process technician is a plus.
Communication Skills and Performance:
Ability to take direction and complete tasks in a timely manner
Ability to work independently without supervision, as well as part of team
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively
Effective written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
