What are the responsibilities and job description for the Returns Analyst position at Aequor Technologies LLC?
Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of reverse logistics projects that impact multiple departments, systems, or work-flows. Key duties/responsibilities of Project coordinator: Handles day-to-day activities surrounding reverse logistics, dedicated mainly to managing returns and adjustments mainly during and around Fluzone return season. This position is also responsible for complying with all applicable SOX and internal controls and maintaining all relevant department KPIs. The Project Coordinator is responsible for delivering on service levels for adjustments and returns and delivering the highest level of service to customers. This will be a limited time position of about 7 months as we need support during and after the iSHIFT US Vaccines go-live.
Minimum of 1 years' experience in Customer Service and/or Reverse Logistics. Bachelor's degree strongly preferred or equivalent working experience. Experience with SAP strongly preferred as well.
