Portfolio Analyst, Cell Therapy Business Process Management
The BPM Portfolio Analyst contributes to the success of the PPM team by ensuring completeness and accuracy of the items within the portfolio, providing analysis and insights into the BPM Portfolio, and administering the portfolio management tools. The BPM Portfolio Analyst works directly with the BPM Portfolio manager and Business Process Owners to verify project and component intake is accurate, complete, and prepared for presentation at the BPO Forum. The BPM Portfolio Analyst is also responsible for creating and maintaining portfolio dashboards and reports for communication to leadership, PPM partners, and PPM customers.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Partner with the BPM Portfolio Manager to organize, manage and communicate the CTDO BPM Portfolio
Support the intake & triage stage of the BPM PPM process
Verify all necessary information is captured for each item within the portfolio as part of intake before it proceeds to the next stage of the BPM PPM process
Create and maintain portfolio dashboards and reports as needed
Manage stakeholder / user permissions and appropriate levels of access to project portfolio data, dashboards and reports
Architect and administer Portfolio workspace in Smartsheet or similar tool
Administer BPM SharePoint and MS Teams including permissions and site content update
Support and co-facilitate key meetings with the BPM Portfolio Manager
Work cross-functionally, including with IT and various process domains to support Cell Therapy
Skills/Knowledge Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or similar.
3-4 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical industry preferred).
Experience in project and/or portfolio management processes
Experience with delivery of small to medium sized projects
Experience in metrics and / or data reporting
Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow up skills
Ability to demonstrate success in managing multiple tasks to specific deadlines
Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of personal computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, etc
Experience in Data Analytical tools such as Tableau creation and reporting, Power BI
