AER Logistics is a Delivery Partner that is family-owned and operated! We are looking for self-motivated delivery drivers who possess excellent customer service and communication skills. You must be able to work alone and distribute packages within the scheduled time frame. Shifts are up to 10 hours per day. As a delivery driver, you will be the face of our company. It will be your job to consistently exceed customer expectations by making sure all orders are delivered with a smile, on time, safely, and to the right location. We focus on employee safety and building a culture that exceeds expectations.

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Responsible and courteous teammate willing to help team members in need of help
• Strong communication skills
• Show excellent attention to details
• Perform daily company delivery driver vehicle inspections and other tasks
• Use hand held device for routing information, customer delivery information
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in and out of a van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

Delivery Driver Compensation & Benefits

• Pay starts at $18.00/hour. After 90 days you will receive a $1/hour raise.

Shifts

• Full Time - 4 days per week - the schedule can change week to week
• Part Time - Weekends Only
• Part Time - Weekdays Only
• 8-hour shifts to 10-hour shifts

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Must have a valid driver's license within the state of employment
• Must be at least 21 years of age
