Position Summary
- Ability to perform precise deburring
- Read, understand and follow process instructions
- Inspect work efficiently
- Identify visually non-conforming product and report to supervisor
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation
- Operate with a sense of urgency while always focusing on safety
- Communicate effectively with management and employees
- Excellent attitude and teamwork
- A minimum of 2 years of work experience in an OEM aerospace deburring
- Reasonable mechanical aptitude
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Certificate from vocational school or college program is a plus
Competencies and Skills
- Extreme attention to detail
- Ability to safely use high speed hand deburring tools
- Skilled with basic hand deburring tools
- Ability to work with magnification and enhanced lighting instruments
- Ability to utilize basic inspection tools including thread and cylindrical go, no-go and calipers
- Ability to understand and follow both written and verbal instructions
- Results-driven
- Very basic computer literacy
Supervisory Responsibility
Salary : $35,000 - $60,000
