What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant position at Aero & Marine Tax Professionals?
The Office Assistant at Aero & Marine Tax Professionals is responsible for performing clerical tasks within the office setting to support daily operations. Their duties include answering and transferring phone calls to employees, sorting and delivering mail to employees and greeting visitors when they arrive for meetings with management or sales staff. We are extremely customer service focused and are looking for people who can go above and beyond with our clients. We need a mature, professional, career-minded candidate who has a warm and caring personality for the Receptionist position.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
● Responding to all customer inquiries in a polite and timely manner
● Directly assist office staff with daily administrative tasks, compliance, and documentation
● Prep client review documents following detailed instructions given
● Compile, file, and complete client profiles
● Effectively support inter-office teams
● Meticulous management of CRM and systems tracking
● Embrace our wonderful cultural values and strive to always improve themselves, the organization, and others
● Other duties as assigned
KEY COMPETENCIES

● Strong computer skills and highly proficient in MS Office Suite, Windows, Google Suite

● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to read, interpret, and create documents such as procedure manuals and written correspondence
● Attend and participate in internal meetings and complete required training
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● GED or High School Diploma required
● Minimum 1 year of administrative experience required
● Minimum 1 year of MS Office Suite experience
● Current State Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to spend prolonged periods of time sitting
● Must be able to lift at least 25lbs
