Assembler

Job Description:

• Assemble components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures and ISO & FDA regulations.
• Align components and assemble them together according to torque specifications.
• Load, operate and unload machine to break in cams.
• Perform assembly process functions including glue pads, paint, and Masterbond and Loctite assembly components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve work and assembly issues with the appropriate personnel as they arise.
• Perform in-process quality checks on sub-assemblies and finished product.
• Utilize drawings and blueprints to assemble components into medical devices.

Must Have Skills and Qualifications:

• 1 year mechanical assembly experience
• 1 year hand/power tool experience
• Understanding of machine operation
• Ability to read and write in English

Shift Schedule:

2nd shift - Monday through Friday - 2:30pm to 11:00pm
