Only for conversions after employees complete their 90 day probationary period

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Production workers will be lifting 60 pound components throughout their shift in a non climate controlled work environment. Must be ok with working physical labor in the heat up to 6 days per week. No experience is necessary, but people who come from hot, physically demanding environments do well- foundries, construction laborers, landscapers, roofers, golf course maintenance, and similar roles perform well.
