Work along side a senior maintenance tech Change door hinges Replace Light bulbs clean gutters Hang dry wall Commercial painting, brushes, rollers communicate with building employees Move office furniture speak and dress presentable customer service to employees snow removal be flexible in being a team player and doing what is asked constantly be on your feet for the whole shifts must be ok with going on ladders and cleaning gutters help direct general contractors in the building for major repairs when needed
