HVAC Engineer

Local Healthcare facility is seeking a HVAC engineer to add to their team. Pay is $30-$35/hr depending on experience. Day shift opportunity to work in a clean environment and stable industry. Qualified candidates must be able to perform the following job descriptions:
-Responsible for performing maintenance on heating, ventilation and air condition systems.
-Maintain medical compressors, vacuum pumps, piping systems, chilled water systems, boilers, air handlers and generators.
-Troubleshoot based off DDC Controls - electric and pneumatic
-Install new equipment, make changes to thermostats and blowers
-Update PM records
-Demonstrates and provides thorough knowledge of high pressure hot water boilers, water treatment procedures, absorption chillers, centravac chiller, steam generators, electric power generators and monitoring equipment.
-Replenish HVAC supplies and order parts
-EPA Certified
Shift: Candidates will be working on first shift (7 AM - 3 PM). They will also be on call if major repairs need to be made immediately.
