Description:
Leading and coordinating the work of Custodian positions in cleaning the inside of buildings and other facilities, performing minor maintenance and moving furniture and office equipment; ensures that assigned duties are completed on schedule and are done well within the area assigned .
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
As a Custodian Facilities Personnel, you will:
• Interact with the public consistently and daily
• Provide high level of customer service
• Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping of flooring and stairs.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, urinals, sinks and countertops
• Replace supplies in the bathrooms (toilet paper, paper towels, soap) and wipes down surfaces.
• Empty all trash cans, replace lines, and clean receptacles as necessary.
• Place full trash bags 55-gallon bucket on castes. When full wheel to dumpster chute for disposal.
• Cleaning windowsills and windows.
• Maintain janitor closest in a clean safe and operable condition.
• Proper labeling, dilution, and use of all chemicals.
• Always wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment.
• Wipe down any tables in the area; rearranges chairs and mop up any spills that may occur.
• Assist with the setup of facilities for meetings and events as necessary.
• Make one trip through assigned section every 30 minutes including checking the rest rooms.
• Be properly equipped with dustpan, broom, putty knife, cleaning rags, and spray bottle always
Job Description

• Issue parking citations
• Patrol all properties via foot patrol, bikes, Segway, or company vehicle
• Assist with traffic flagging duties (certification provided)
• Enforce private property rules
• Coordinate with Fire & Police for emergency response
Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License
• Ability to communicate using a 2-way radio
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Ability to stand on your feet for long periods
• Comfortable working overtime and under any weather conditions
