JOB OVERVIEW:
****This position will require the candidate to travel on short trips (1 week or less) driving a Ford F-650 pulling a 30 ft. trailer throughout Colorado for the first couple of months... then it will settles into the job description below****
- Seeking an entry-level Logistics Specialist to work in our climate controlled warehouse
- The Warehouse serves as the logistics hub for all of our aircraft hangars
- Logistics Specialists handle shipping, receiving, tracking, packaging, and delivering all necessary materials to the hangars
- This is mix of traditional warehouse work along with computer work and making deliveries

CANDIDATE NEEDS TO KNOW:
- This is a definitely a "personality-fit" position because folks will either HATE this type of job or LOVE it
- This position is all about ATTITUDE and being a TEAM-FIRST employee to accomplish the company's mission - this is the most TEAM focused management style I have ever seen
- The warehouse manager, Tina Hart, is a very fiery and intense Army veteran who is the best or worst manager you've ever seen depending on your ability to handle or enjoy strong/intense leadership
- Those who can handle and appreciate Tina absolutely LOVE working for her because she is the ultimate "mama bear" personality
- This is a heavily structured environment & position due to the extensive regulations (the FAA / Gov't Contracts / Military Programs)
CONTRACT LENGTH:
Usually convert to a direct employee with the company around 12 months based on attitude & performance
PAY:
$27.50
SHIFTS:
- Four days a week, 10 hour shifts
- Most employees work weekdays but the candidate must be open to working a Saturday or Sunday as part of their 4 days if the program/team needs it
- Must be open to Day shift or Afternoon shift (there is no night shift)
- Earliest shift begins at 6:00am and latest shift begins around 1:00pm.
*You must be flexible on what shift you can work, but if you are taking care of the team and need shift accommodations for a LEGITIMATE reason, the team will take care of you!

- Stable job history
- Available to work Day Shift or Afternoon Shift any day of the week
COMPLIANCE:
- Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance through Aerotek
- Drug Test & BG Check
- A current driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
