Shift : 6:30pm - 6:30am 3rd Shift.
2 on 2 off
Train: on first shift 7:00am - 3:30pm ( 3- 4 weeks)
Description:
The production maintenance technician is responsible for troubleshooting & maintaining all production and robotic equipment including periodic breakdown repair and preventative maintenance in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operating manuals, and manufacturer's specifications. Repair and maintenance will be inclusive of any and all fabrication requirements. Maintenance technicians will also be required to receive instructions and communicate daily with production and maintenance supervisors. They will be interacting with CMMS data screens and formats, reading and understanding both electrical schematics and mechanical drawings, observing all equipment, and troubleshooting and repairing any detected problems. The equipment they will be using will include but is not limited to drills, drill hammers, welders, grinders, cutting torches, metal working equipment, electronic metering devices, and soldering irons. Maintenance engineers must comply with scheduled PM routines, maintain good housekeeping practices, and comply with all safety rules and regulations.
The technician, as a team member, must exhibit professional conduct at all times and lead by example to foster team development and cooperation among any and all other team members.

- Adjust and/or repair functional parts
- Fabricate & install electrical and mechanical parts, components, and infrastructural needs
- Replace defective parts
- Perform functional tests
- Comply with scheduled PM routines
