Description:
- In this position, you will be working as a Maintenance Technician.
- Performing electrical & mechanical maintenance on all machinery & equipment
- Repairing hydraulic & pneumatic systems
- Duties will include responding to operator calls, Troubleshoot Allen Bradley & Omron PLC's - plug in, change timers, do minor edits.
- Repair & troubleshoot cameras & vision systems.
- Ability to read drawings/blueprints for electrical cabinets
- Work on 3-phase & single phase motors
- Work on Fanuc & Motoman robots - rehome, set points, start up robots
- Each tech has their own tablet for work orders/paperwork
- Doing minor in house fabrication for electrical cabinets.
Skills Required:
- 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
- Electrically inclined.
- Experience with PLC, Troubleshooting, Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance, Allen Bradley PLC, Omron, Fanuc, motoman robotics, motoman, blow mold, blow molding, extrusion, mill, lathe, machinist, machining, Preventive maintenance, Allen-Bradley, Hydraulics, Pneumatics.
Work Environment:
- 80,000 sq. foot plant
- Clean, temperature controlled facility.
- Not noisy
Shifts:
- 2nd shift 3:30 PM - 12 AM
- 3rd shifts 7:30 PM - 6 AM
Pay:
- $25-28/hr
