Responsibilities:
- Must be able to set up & operate a CMM Machine.
- Must have excellent skills in reading and interpreting technical drawings and measuring parameters.
- Perform first article, piece, in-process as well as final inspection utilizing different automated and manual equipment for inspection.
- Interact effectively and professionally with all internal and external customers.
- Coordinate all quality related correspondence with the customer, project engineers and resolve inspection questions.
- Responsible for effectively working with 1 individual in the department and ensuring workload is delegated properly.
- Excellent analytical skill and a clear understanding of manufacturing processes of CNC machined goods.
- Update and maintain inspection documents, forms, logs, conformance certificates etc.
- Working on the manufacturing floor checking in process parts for quality.
Qualifications: CMM Operation Experience & Quality Manager Experience
Schedule: Full-time: 7:00AM - 3:30PM / Mon - Friday
Environment: Fabrication Machine Shop
Pay: 70K-100K
