General Manager

```Duties``` As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your duties will include: - Managing and supervising all staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling - Monitoring and maintaining quality standards for food preparation and service - Implementing and enforcing health and safety regulations - Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and resolving any issues that may arise - Developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability - Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed - Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement marketing initiatives - Conducting regular performance evaluations for staff members ```Requirements``` To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in a restaurant or catering setting - Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and industry best practices - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations effectively - Proficient in using POS systems, specifically Aloha POS - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously If you are a motivated individual with a passion for hospitality, we would love to hear from you.
