Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician and ensure the well-being of patients.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications as prescribed by the physician
- Provide care for patients with infectious diseases
- Assist in emergency room procedures
- Support ophthalmology treatments
- Engage in case management for patient care plans
- Perform dermal filler injections
- Specialize in pediatric care
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Conduct physical examinations
- Perform catheterizations as needed
Requirements
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice
- Proficiency in medication administration and dosage calculations
- Experience in infectious disease care and ER settings preferred
- Knowledge of ophthalmology procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with case management principles
- Ability to perform dermal filler injections is advantageous
- Experience in pediatric care is desirable
- Competency in taking vital signs accurately
- Skilled in conducting physical examinations
- Capability to catheterize patients when necessary
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $42.00 per hour
