AEYON POSITION TITLE: Manager
LOCATION: Huntsville, AL
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide project management of programs and projects from formulation through execution.
- Plan and attend project reviews and technical interchange meetings regarding programmatic scope such as, technical, cost, schedule, and risk.
- Provide project management support to include, but not be limited to, mentoring, strategic program/project planning and alternatives analysis, project cost and schedule projections, and project review.
- Prepare comments, observations, and briefings on a variety of subjects including cost, schedule, technical, and risk approaches for the purpose of aiding management decision-making.
- Integrate technical and programmatic functions.
- Brief and prepare information, both written and oral, for senior management and executives.
- Run Monthly Management Review.
- Other duties as needed.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS:
Must be a U.S. Citizen and successfully complete a U.S. government background investigation.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Engineering and 15 years of applicable experience.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, a plus.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience supporting NASA Programs/Projects is required.
- 15 years of project and engineering experience.
- Extensive experience involving senior/executive management.
- Must have the ability to handle a variety of constituencies, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a complex environment with multiple priorities.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification desired.
