Your day-to-day work will include:
Looking to join a talented, respected, and growing organization that rewards independence and ambition? Aeyon is looking for a Cornerstone OnDemand certified Project Manager to provide services to our Cornerstone Clients.
The individual in this role will be responsible for leading implementations and support projects, providing subject matter expertise, and being looked upon as the leader in this functional area. This position will also be responsible for managing Cornerstone implementations from end to end. This position is a remote position, working from home/co-working space with occasional onsite meetings at client sites.
In addition, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Work as a Project Manager to determine tasks, priorities, and resources.
- Ensure client deliverables are on time and of high quality.
- Work with clients directly
- Deliver Training
- Lead configuration or UAT workshops
- Prepare documents (e.g., white papers, presentations, job aids, and SOPs) for clients.
- Assist with standards and processes for the TMS practice for Aeyon (templates, lessons learned)
- Manage project scope and customer success/expectations.
Job Requirements:
- Work with the implementation Manager to determine tasks, priorities, and resources.
- Engage Client project managers and work with them closely to ensure on-time deliverables and overall, Client Satisfaction
- Maintain weekly and monthly status reports.
- Maintain an up-to-date project plan via Smartsheet.
- Implement clients on the Cornerstone platform.
- Configure systems.
- Gather and document requirements.
- Assist with the creation, review, and delivery of system training.
- Run configuration workshops.
- Have an enterprise view of the TMS projects while working on an assignment.
- Prepare documents (for example, white papers, presentations, job aids, and standard operating procedures) for clients.
- Assist with standards and processes for the HCM practice for Aeyon (templates, lessons learned)
- Maintain certifications in multiple Cornerstone modules.
- Manage project scope and customer success/expectations.
- Identify growth/business development opportunities.
- Assist with proposal writing if/when needed.
- Mentor junior team members
Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
Mandatory: Certifications as Cornerstone Full Stack (all modules) Project Manager trained in Cornerstone Implementations. The candidate is required to maintain full-stack certification status through quarterly skill checks.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
This role is 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate through virtual meetings (Zoom), email, and Microsoft Teams. In this role, you will be required to operate a lap computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity machinery as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods and must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication.

Work hours:
Here at Aeyon we believe in creating an environment that fosters a healthy work/ life balance. The typical day consists of a 9-5 Monday-Friday work schedule totaling 40 hours per week, but we do realize that life happens, and things come up. Many of our positions allow some flexibility in the work schedule for unforeseen events so that our employees can maintain a 40-hour work week and still have the opportunity to meet other obligations during the workday.
