Establish and refine current workflows and processes to insure the only the highest quality recruits are selected.
Recruiter must have the ability to step in and assist in the Scheduling Administrator role.
Established experience with hands-on recruiting to both source new prospects as well as follow up with current providers (provider includes Physician and Mid-Levels).
Manage the credentialing process for healthcare providers, including Physicians, Physician Assistant, and Nurse Practitioners.
Provide support and guidance to internal staff regarding credentialing and privileging processes.
Basic understanding of the day-to-day operations of an Urgent Care Facility and Provider responsibilities.
Review of applicant credentials and skill level and compare them against AFC Urgent Care Standards to ensure the highest quality recruits are selected.
Serve as liaison for Candidates between Executives, Medical Director, Directors, Center Administrators and Executive Staff.
Coordinate the scheduling of interviews; employment agreement negotiations with Executive guidance, credentialing, and the onboarding of recruits.
Ensure optimal training tools are deployed for recruits during onboarding and early stages of their employment.
Review of all employment documentation to insure they are accurate and in compliance with all federal, state and company hiring standards.
Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager as necessary to insure the most efficient and effective interviews are being conducted.
Coordinate, plan, and attend company recruiting events as approved by the company.
Production of recruiting and training updates and reports to executive team members.
Ensure fresh content is made to job postings regularly on websites and job boards.
Must have the ability to interact effectively with providers, directors, center administrators, colleagues and the management team.
Flexibility from time to time to work evenings and weekends to complete the vetting and interviews process of Providers due to their scheduling needs and well assist in scheduling needs.
High degree of initiative, creativity and willingness to accept responsibility for meeting recruitment goals.
Must have exceptional organization and multi-tasking skills.
Must be resourceful and possess problem solving skills; ability to meet deadlines amidst competing and changing priorities.
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, as well as presentation skills.
Expertise with MS Office suite, Excel, Internet research, and applicant tracking software, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
