Affinity Autism Services is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst/ BCBA to join our growing company. You will join a team of BCBAs who are committed to providing superior treatment and behavior supports to children and adults with Autism Spectrum disorders, related disabilities, and mental health needs.
Affinity Autism Services is currently seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst /BCBA to work in clinic settings in the Salt Lake County area. Locations and specific work environment will be discussed during the interview process.
This position is directly responsible for completing assessments for each child and designing effective treatment and behavior plans to meet the needs of the child, as well as providing ongoing training to technicians and parents. Treatment plans and accompanying programs are based on principles of ABA.

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst / BCBA

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct Assessments including the VB-MAPP, and develop appropriate treatment plans and programs
- Complete Functional Assessments and develop Behavior Support Plans
- Provide supervision and training to interventionists, including Registered Behavior Technicians
- Providing ongoing training to families of our clients
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families, schools, and other professional services
- Meet best practice standards and adhere to ethical guidelines and standards of the BACB.
- Programs written shall use evidenced – based intervention strategies
- Review program data and adjust programs and services based on client data
