SUMMARY:
Responsible for all drops, collection, counting and wrapping of coin and currency.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hire, discipline and supervision of the Count Department personnel.
- Responsible for the safety and security of all drops and collections.
- Protect the company’s assets.
- Scheduling and supervision of count team employees.
- Enforce compliance with all regulations and procedures relating to collection and counting.
- Conduct slot machine BVA drop. Count, record, and wrap coin and currency.
- Perform preventive maintenance on coin counting and wrapping equipment.
- Maintain complete and accurate records of the counting process.
- Meet attendance requirements of the job and adhere to policy and procedure.
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter.
- Perform all job functions in a safe and reasonable manner.
- Maintain proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards.
- Any reasonable request made by management.

QUALIFICATIONS

All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. Must be at least 21 years of age.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Excellent Supervisory Skills. Excellent math skills. Good physical condition. Friendly, outgoing personality. High school diploma or equivalent required. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming Commission License
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
