$1,000 RETENTION BONUS
The Food & Beverage Supervisor coordinates food and beverage activities of the Food & Beverage outlets by performing the following listed duties in accordance within company guidelines, while maintaining comparable sales growth, profitability, Genuine Service and Team Member relations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Must be able to supervise and develop all food and beverage front of house team members on all assigned shifts and communicate well with other departments. Must be able to communicate well in all conditions, and able to respond in a positive manner to guest or team member issues, ensuring all guests receive the best possible experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including health, fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
1 year experience in a similarly sized Food & Beverage operation. Training, scheduling and front and back of house experience preferred.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Nevada Gaming Control Board Registration, Clark County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Microsoft Office skills required.
