The Housekeeping Inspector is an important role in the delivery of the Guest experience. Responsible for flushing the water system and thoroughly inspecting each guest room after it has been serviced by a Guest Room Attendant, ensuring it meets property standards for cleanliness and maintenance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum one year experience in a similarly sized property’s Housekeeping department strongly preferred. Guest Room Attendant experience preferred.
LICENSES, CERTIFICATIONS OR REGISTRATIONS:
None
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills capable of navigating through computer applications.
