Job Description/Responsibilities:

Outside direct sales position

Training will be provided

Communicate with customers to identify needs using our specialized selling process

Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network

Present ADT product information, pricing and warranty incentives in a face to face meeting environment and close the deal!

Answer inbound sales calls from your personalized marketing materials

Meet monthly sales quotas

Attend weekly sales & product knowledge meetings

Qualifications:

Valid drivers license

Reliable transportation with proof of insurance

Ability to use a smartphone & tablet

Must pass a background check

Personally driven and self motivated

Motivation to be successful

Amazing customer service skills

Be able to create and maintain customer relationships

Strong follow up is required

Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience a plus!

Maintain professional business attire and appearance

Self-starter mindset and ability to be a great team player
