Driver

Responsibilities
1. Pick-up/Drop-off: Driver will report to an undisclosed location to retrieve vehicle. After,
the driver is to pick-up the student from their home address and transport them to their
Non-public school. While school is in session, the driver will standby in the city the
student was dropped-off in.
2. Return: Student will have dedicated pick-up time after school’s dismissal. After pick-up
from school, the driver will return the student home. After the student's return, the driver
will refuel the vehicle, and return it to the same disclosed location it was retrieved from.

Qualifications
Adequate driver qualifications include, but are not limited to: time management & punctuality,
easy temperament & patience, and a reliable form of mobile contact (cellular phone). Drivers
seeking long-term employment are preferred; as students are more comfortable with drivers
they recognize from daily transport. Drivers must have no criminal history. A background check
will be conducted, if not provided, along with other prerequisite evaluations.

Compensation
Driver compensation is set at a daily rate of $125 per day. School days have a regular schedule
of Monday-Friday which generally consists of 20 days a month. The driver will have a copy of the
student’s school calendar which depicts any upcoming holidays or time-off.

Daily Logistics
1. Vehicle Pickup
Vehicle pickup will be done the hour before student pickup. At this undisclosed location,
the driver will retrieve the vehicle and may leave their personal vehicle securely in a
gated, enclosed garage.
2. Student’s 1st Pick-up/School Drop-off
Driver will arrive at the student’s home and wait out-front for the student. If any
assistance is needed the driver will help the student. Some students have accompanying
nurses who will meet at the student’s home. The nurse will be with the student
throughout the entirety of their day, including their return. After morning drop-off, the
driver will stay in the school’s designated city until school’s dismissal. The driver may
spend their day how they like during the duration of the in-school session (Gym, cafe,
etc.)
3. Student’s 2nd Pick-up/Home Drop-off
Driver will pick-up the student (& nurse) from school. After transporting the student back
to home address, the driver will take the vehicle to a nearby gas station to refuel. After
refueling, the driver will return the vehicle to the undisclosed garage.
