Affordable Auto Glass of Houston, TX is actively pursuing a highly motivated, energetic candidate for our full-time CSR - Counter Sales role who can be a strong first point-of-contact for our customers and match our products to their needs in order to provide top-notch customer service.

We offer our CSR - Counter Sales a competitive hourly pay with the opportunity to earn 40 -52,000 / yr, depending on experience and drive, as well as paid holidays, and overtime availability!

You take charge of challenging opportunities as they arise and provide excellent customer service both at the counter and over the phone .

QUALIFICATIONS
- Basic Computer skills including Microsoft Office and general data entry
- Professional phone skills
- Customer service experience
- Be able to answer 200 - 300 phone calls a day
- Being able to multitask
- Bi-lingual preferred

WORK SCHEDULE
Our CSR - Counter Sales typically works Monday-Friday from 8 : 00 AM-5 : 30 PM . Driven by sales, they understand that Saturday's are an important day to work from 9 : 00 AM-3 : 00 PM .
