Manager of Field Operations
Affordable Dentures & Implants (AD&I) is seeking a Manager of Field Operations to lead and support 6-10 dental practices in a specific region. This position provides strategic and tactical leadership, counsel and direction to a network of affiliated dental practices and on-site laboratories to ensure operational and financial effectiveness and best-in-class patient care. Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors regional performance, and works closely with senior leadership to develop competitive strategies in alignment with Affordable Care’s mission and values. You will also spearhead process improvements and growth initiatives with profit and loss responsibility. Travel within your region is required, to allow for building relationships on-site and drive growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities/Skills:
- Achieving business goals, revenue, and profitability objectives through a respectful, forward-thinking, and motivational style.
- Act as a liaison for the providers to the Directors and other members of the Management team, relaying any clinical, operational or other issues the providers may have
- Continuous assessment of all staffing needs and providing support for Office Managers with effective recruitment.
- Providing training and development support to ensure all office staff demonstrates knowledge of operating procedures and protocols.
- Supporting daily office operations within the region when necessary.
- Responding to clinical and operational concerns timely and effectively. Be accessible and responsive.
- Supporting the achievement of performance targets and budgeted goals.
- Provide outstanding leadership for a geographically dispersed team, recruit key hires, and implement training and cross-training to strengthen service offerings. You will be responsible for developing a high level of excellence with the administrative and operations staff
- Drive a strong culture and environment that will support and enable all team members to be successful. You will foster accountability, teamwork and mutual trust and respect for all team members through mentoring and coaching activities.
- Must have a passion for customer service and satisfaction. You will work with team members to ensure that patients of your supported practices are highly satisfied with their experiences.
- Proven ability to improve retail business processes, methods, quality, and decision-making to achieve meaningful, measurable improvements.
- Profit and loss responsibility with the ability to interpret and act upon financial statements.
- Travel approximately 60% of the time. There may be times when you are away for two weeks at a time.
Qualifications
Experience/Education:
- Several years of experience in multi-location management in dental, healthcare, retail, pharmaceutical or other related industry, focused on customers or patients.
- Proven career progression with positions of increased responsibility.
- Proven success in a sales environment.
- Experience with managing budgets and delivering information from P&L statements and delivering strong results and growth through the management of financial resources.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Healthcare Administration required.
