Regional Administrative Specialist
Specifications
- Part-time, 20 hours/week
- Hybrid office environment
- $15/hour with incentive potential
- Minimal travel required (<5%)
- Reports to Regional Sales Coordinator with collaboration and direction from three District Sales Coordinators with additional expected by 2024
Responsibilities
The Regional Administrative Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following tasks:
- Making phone calls to existing clients for enrollment scheduling, decision making, reengagement, and quality control
- Supporting associates from across the region on claims, escalations, and other headquarters-related needs
- Managing a vast online database for tracking and reporting
- Identifying opportunities for business growth and touchpoints with existing clients
- Assisting the RSC with reporting and projections
- Assisting the RSC with regional business management
- Refining existing and developing new systems for efficient business procedures
- Communicating relevant information as needed with market, territory, and national offices
- Coordinating logistics for regional trainings and other region-wide initiatives
- Assisting with new associate recruiting identification and scheduling
Qualifications
The Regional Administrative Specialist should possess the following qualities, skills, and experience:
- A perspective of excellence and service related to customer service
- The ability to manage a high volume and high movement environment with often competing tasks and deadlines
- Strong administrative acumen and executive functioning skills
- The ability to manage oneself well under pressure
- A bent toward individual initiative, requiring collaboration but only targeted management
- High level of personal and professional responsibility
- Technological comfort
- Strong people skills
- A desire to work in a rewarding environment with the possibility of increasing hours or responsibilities as the business grows
- Strong writing and communication skills (online, telephone, and in person)
- Educational level of at least high school graduation, but preferably associates’ or bachelor’s degree
