We will provide training for unlicensed candidates to get their insurance license so they can join one of the fast-growing industries.
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team. In this role, you will contribute directly to the sales goals of our Market while working towards both long-term and short-term growth targets. If you are interested in a career in one of the fast-growing industries and are willing to learn, we will provide training to help you obtain your insurance license.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Solicit and write new business for your assigned specialist department.
- Collaborate with the agent and/or operations manager to determine appropriate coverage for clients.
- Provide underwriting and rating services for new accounts.
- Stay updated on new products and initiatives, actively pursuing personal and professional development.
- Actively gather expiration dates from new clients and prospects.
- Develop and maintain strong agency relationships with existing clients.
- Meet production requirements and goals set by the agent or agency manager.
- Maintain accurate monthly sales records and provide them for review to the agent and/or operations manager.
Skills and Qualities:
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Strong customer service skills to address client inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Proficiency in computer skills to navigate various software programs and databases.
- Sales experience is preferred, but not required

Pay: $53,251.02 - $62,904.45 per year
