Health Insurance Agent (Remote)

This training opens doors to one of the fastest-growing industries, offering a pathway for entry and success .As a crucial player in achieving the sales objectives of our agency or specialized department, this role involves contributing to both short-term and long-term growth targets outlined by our agents. The primary responsibilities include generating new business, identifying cross-selling opportunities, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client retention, and achieving profit goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively seek and secure new business opportunities for the specialized department.
• Work closely with the agent or operations manager to determine optimal coverage solutions for clients.
• Assess and rate new accounts during the underwriting process.
• Maintain awareness of new products and industry initiatives, actively pursuing personal and professional development.
• Take a proactive approach to gather expiration dates from potential clients and prospects.
• Cultivate and nurture strong agency relationships with existing clients.
• Meet production requirements and goals established by the agent or agency manager.
• Keep comprehensive monthly sales records and share them with the agent or operations manager for evaluation.

Skills and Qualities:

• Demonstrate effective communication skills.
• Exhibit strong customer service abilities.
• Possess proficiency in computer skills.
• While preferred, sales experience is not mandatory.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $57,673.65 - $67,800.53 per year
