Compensation Minimum:$23.88 hr Compensation Maximum:$37.03 hr Summary: Job Family Summary Develops marketing communication materials by creative design and creative writing services to effectively represent the products, services, brands and/or the organization to customers and consumers. Applies various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness, and encourage a preference and response by the target audience for the organization and its products, services and brands. This position will require the following knowledge and skills : • Strong understanding of conditional logic and workflow rule sets, and how systems interpret and react to their application and change. • Ability to review complex business processes and apply platform-based logic to meet the business need and introduce potential process refinement through enhancement. • Understanding of concatenation functions and formulas. • The ability to establish data connections across multiple data sets and systems. • Application of conditional logic and understanding of notification workflows including but not limited to, conditional routing and variable/dynamic text fields originating from a form data connection, both standard and HTML based, approval processes and use of the data connections. • Write and troubleshoot code in these languages: XML, HTML, JSON • MS PowerPlatform development experience preferred. Performs routine assignments using existing procedures. Receives instruction and guidance and direction from more senior level roles. Entry level to a professional career progression. Primary Accountabilities Serve as a subject matter expert regarding application development standards for design, performance, quality, and security. Identify and recommends areas for improvement in design, development, and testing. Collaborate with IT to develop system standards, Enterprise use standards, and best practices. Design and develop solutions to the level of quality defined by the requirements in adherence with IT standards, methodology and internal controls. Understand and identify system dependencies. Understand functionality, integration points and impacts of proposed changes to supporting applications. Follow through with options and recommendations. Defines, conducts, and/or participates in application & integration testing. Prepares, leads and/or participates in testing and validation. Collaborate with business partners to drive key business decisions in respects to correspondence and form development & management. Specialized Knowledge and Skills Requirements Demonstrated experience providing customer-driven solutions, support or service. Solid understanding of software systems and able to quickly learn new technology systems. Basic knowledge of programming and coding in various software infrastructure systems. (general knowledge of XML or HTML) Demonstrated experience with implementing changes which positively impact efficiency or expense management. Demonstrated experience problem solving through creative analytical thinking. Demonstrated communication with business partners across the organization from print operators to executives. Education/Licenses/Designations Must complete and pass the exam to be certified in USPS Mail Piece Design within 180 days of hire. Travel This position travels up to 10% of the time.
