configurations and resolutions, and manage the technological infrastructure to meet the needs of the organization.
Essential Functions
- A positive role model consistent with the organizations culture at all times.
- Resolve tickets representing technical requests and/or problems in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot technical and process issues. Documenting resolutions and configuration
- Documents, implements, maintains, and supports I.T infrastructure to include, but not limited
- Perform regular patch maintenance on I.T. supported devices within the company.
- Test/Install/Upgrade application software to support company operations.
- Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics
- Creates and maintains user accounts in Active Directory, Office365 and other applications.
- Stays informed and educated on new and emerging technologies.
- Travels to manufacturing locations and for training as required.
- Required Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
- Required 2 or more years business experience supporting and managing Windows desktops and servers
- Ability to anticipate, analyze, and solve a wide variety of technical problems
- Ability to work independently and grasp new tasks quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks.
- CompTIA A preferred
- Network preferred
- Security preferred
- Or equivalent experience
