Position Summary
We are excited to announce our need for a 30 hours Project Coordinator.
The candidate should have great communication and interpersonal skills. The Project Coordinator will work with several project teams to support collaborative meetings and outreach events. The successful candidate will have good organizational skills to manage competing priorities. The Project Coordinator will help keep teams on track.
Ag Innovations prides ourselves on outreach to underrepresented groups, and the successful candidate will have experience and interest in outreach. Experience in conducting outreach and communications is a plus. Must be interested in working directly with the public.
The successful candidate will be responsible to reserve venues for meetings, manage catering, audio-visual, and coordinating speakers and guests. The Project Coordinator will manage both remote and on-site meetings and events.
The candidate will draft presentation material, take notes at meetings and draft next step action items and meeting summaries.
This individual will also provide logistics, scheduling, coordination, communications and other support to the Ag Innovations programs staff and the Board of Directors. This position reports directly to a Senior Facilitator with dotted line reporting to the Executive Director.
Proficiency in Spanish or a second language is preferred but not required. Having a Bachelor’s Degree is required.

This is a 30 hours, non-exempt position with benefits, with a pay range of $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.
